Herniated disk

I’ve been working with Elizabeth for about two months now. I came to her with a herniated disk in my L4/L5 region. This was causing shooting pain down my right leg, all the way into my big toe. After two unsuccessful back procedures, I turned to acupuncture for a more non invasive approach. Since coming, the shooting pain is completely gone. Her therapy is relaxing and she targets specific areas that have been affective in my improvement. I was not a believer in acupuncture until now. It’s certainly worth a try to anyone reading this.
